Thanks to TL APPLICATION (Traffic Light) it’s the machine itself which confirms the flexo plates are mounted correctly and in perfect register, regardless the operator discretion.
Last but not least, the combination with the well-known VDP SYSTEM (Virtual Data Processing) patents EP1666251 (B1) – US8037819 (B2). This allows the mounting of the flexo plates and the control of register on the image, other than on the cross marks by using the plate file. So, a high degree of accuracy and flexibility is assured.
