Bieffebi has developped in the flexo plate mounting machines a new Automatic Quality Control System (AQCS) through Laser.

 

This system enables to check and certify, through a laser, the sleeves, anylox sleeve, intermediate mandrels (adaptors/carriers) and anylox sleeve by issuing a report which can also be printed on an A4 sized sheet and attached to each single sleeve.

This certification allows you to use at the best all the equipment to avoid any defects during the printing process.

Thanks to this you do not mount in the areas which are out of tolerance.
